30 Days of Love for Nepal

Dear reader: While Nepal will need our help in relief efforts for a long time, I thought we could first focus on a short-term goal. This would make us feel that we are doing something now to address the degree of need.

Let us pray for the people of Nepal

They need us to help them one and all

When in your heart you hear the call

Do what your heart says to do

It’s up to me and you

To show our love that shines through

The need is so great

The poor, you have so little to give

Struggling to feed your family and live

Could I suggest one thing many of us could do?

Give up your coffee and doughnut out for 30 days

Donate it to Nepal relief

Let us unite with this one belief

This is our time to show love means more than words we say

it means I’ll be there for you until you’re okay
